A b s t r a c t. In this note we describe the lattice of finitely generated subvarieties of demi-p-lattices and show that the variety of demi-p-lattices is locally finite. As an application we show that there is not a strict quasivariety of demi-p-lattice enjoying relative congruence extension property.
